Prior to founding lnvicta, spent 17 years at Credit Suisse Group, a global bank, where he was instrumental in positioning the bank as one of the leading players globally in aircraft financing and is recognised for having successfully closed hundreds of major deals.

His tenure in various executive positions at one of Switzerland largest employers gained him a broad knowledge of business development and strategic planning. He leads all aspects of the company's operations in a solution-driven way.

His long career in various accounting firms and family offices has enabled him to acquire considerable experience in both accounting and corporate financial management. He leads all aspects of the company's accounting and financial strategy and is key to advancing its ambitious growth plans.

Having spent three years as a member of the tax department at a world-leading company in the offshore pipelay industry, and a two-year tenure in the accounting department of a local e-commerce retailer, Léo joined Invicta Finance as a Junior Accountant.
Léo is dedicated to contributing to the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and strengthening the company's finance team.

With considerable experience in financing, leasing, sale & purchase and operation & management of business jets and commercial aircraft on regional and cross-border transactions, John joined Invicta Finance as Legal Counsel.
Previously he worked in the aviation finance department of a leading international law firm in Dubai and before that, with a top ten commercial aircraft leasing company and two top five Irish law firms in Dublin.
In his role as Legal Counsel, he is responsible for all legal, regulatory and transaction management activities of the compagny.
